Biography

YANG Guotao graduated from Department of Foreign Language in South China Normal University (SCNU) in June 1989. He graduated from Preston University, Carracci in 2005 and received a EMBA degree. Since 2002, he was sent to Commerce Department on secondment. And then, as an expatriate, he held the post of economic and financial vice-consul in Chinese Consulate General in Carracci for 3 years. Since July, 2009, he is second as second secretary of Commercial Section in China embassy in Poland till now.
